Only items that were purchased on www.cococarmen.com can be returned to us. If you purchased your Coco + Carmen product from a boutique or retail store, please return your item to that store.
Product needs to be returned within 30 days of receiving it. All items need to be unworn with tags attached and receipt/packing slip included. You will be notified once the return has been received and processed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay, ApplePay, Paypal, Venmo and Google Pay.
Promo codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be added after your order is submitted. If you’d like to use your promo code, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once your order is canceled, you can place a new order with the promo code applied.
