HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?

To check the status of an order, please log in to your account, click on Order Status, and select View Details/Status for the order you would like to track. Once an item has shipped, there will be a link to USPS tracking.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?

Yes! Please find the apparel size chart here. And the size chart for the OMG fit denim here.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED IN A STORE?

Only items that were purchased on www.cococarmen.com can be returned to us. If you purchased your Coco + Carmen product from a boutique or retail store, please return your item to that store.

WHAT IS THE RETURN TIMEFRAME?

Product needs to be returned within 15 days of receiving it. All items need to be unworn with tickets attached and receipt/packing slip included. You will be notified once the return has been received and processed.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Packages usually take 5-7 business days to arrive once we process your order. We do not Express or Overnight Ship. Also, we do not ship internationally.

Do you store my credit card information?

We do not save or store any of your personal credit card information. You must enter your credit card before finalizing every order.
